However, some of our clothes are still produced in India and all the staff employed by the factory work fair hours and are entitled to breaks and holidays. No child labour is used. · Our own staff in the UK have generous contracts and are paid good wages. We do not use temporary staff · We focus on saving energy, recycling as much waste as possible and using recycled material and products were feasible. · Our agent's commissions are a good and fair percentage of their sales. We believe agents should receive the same kind profit margins as expected in the retail industry. · Our party agent scheme is simple and easily understood. We do not use complex mathematical models for calculating commissions not do we offer complex sales linked levels of commissions. Everyone is given the same commission and the same chance of success. How To Become An AgentIt is easy to become a party plan agent. All you need to do is order either a Stardust kids sample kit or a Dust Womens Sample Kit (or both if you wish to sell both brands). The value of the kit in retail value is well over double the cost to you. Once you have purchased the kit you will be contacted by our Agent Manager who will assess whether you have the business accruement to run a Stardust party plan business. Once you have been accepted you will then receive your sample kit along with catalogues, order forms, agent login details and your 30% Retail Discount Code and welcome letter. If you are not accepted on the scheme you will receive a full refund for your kit. What Can you SellOur party pan scheme offers the full range of Stardust kids clothes and Dust womens wear. It does not include gifts or cards from our range. Ongoing CostsYou be required to invest in a refresher sample each season. There are two seasons; Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter. A Stardust kids refresher kit costs £75 and a Dust women's refresher kit costs £150. Minimum Monthly OrdersTo keep your status as a Stardust party agent you are required to place a minimum order of £75 per month. RisksIn order to establish a successful business you will need to have some marketing and sales abilities. You should expect to spend a significant amount of your time marketing your business and finding party hosts. The success of your business is not contingent on a few friends hosting a party. If you want a successful business you should expect to: - tell everyone you know about what you do - hand out leaflets everywhere you go - attend Stardust training courses - keep existing customers informed about new collections and promotions - invest in new sample each season If you are not able to market your business then your sample kit will be a wasted investment. |
